Note: the Masterclasses are capped at 60 registrants and are open to medical practitioners, nurses and pharmacists. In the event that there are any additional tickets left one week prior to the event, other healthcare practitioners may apply.

In the unlikely event of cancellation of a conference or Masterclass by Global Health Initiative (Aus) Ltd, the event organizer, due to unforeseen circumstances, registrants will be given a full refund of their registration fee(s) within 60 days of date of cancellation of the event. Registrants are responsible for any other associated costs including travel to the conference or Masterclass and accommodation.
CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION BY REGISTRANT
In the event that a registrant needs to cancel their registration at a conference or Masterclass, the registrant must inform the event organisers by email: firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. The following apply:
|Cancellation of registration 21 days or more prior to event||Full refund less ($0.50 plus booking processing fee [= 2.5% ticket price])|
|Cancellation of registration less than 21 days prior to event and up to one day prior to the event||Cancellations received less than 21 days before an event will incur a 30% administration fee (including GST)|
|Cancellation the day before, the day of, or after an event- no refund||Cancellations received the day before, the day of, or after an event will not be eligible for a refund|
